                     Corona virus is a virus that attacks the human respiratory system. Corona virus has spread to almost all over the world. And the world population is likely to be infected with this virus. Corona virus currently has infected more than 100 countries in the world and caused 6,400 people died.  The process of spreading this virus through inhaled air through the nose and mouth so that it enters the respiratory tract. Until now, there has been no treatment that can cure corona virus infection. Therefore, the World Health Organization (WHO) appealed to the public not to be trivial to this disease and to take preventative measures. To distinguish corona patient status, there are three terms that are often used, namely ODP, PDP, and Suspect.
                      Based on Covid-19 guidelines issued by the ministry of health, ODP is those who have a fever above 38 degrees Celsius. Then accompanied by symptoms of respiratory system disorders such as colds, sore throat, and cough. And also those who have a history of traveling abroad or within the country which is the epicenter of the corona. The Sulawesi Tenggara provincial health office recorded 172  citizens.                      Then,at the next level there is PDP. Those who fall into this category have the characteristics of someone with acute respiratory infections (ARI), fever above 38 degrees Celsius.                          And the last, namely suspect. This term refers to those who fall into the PDP category. The results of the samples taken are tested using the PCR method and Genome Sequencing to find out whether the patient is positive or negative Covid-19.
